- 3+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a pizza or Italian concept
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Strong financial acumen — P&L management, food cost control, labor scheduling
- Excellent guest-relations and problem-solving abilities
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
Front of House Server
